Refund Policy for AI with Phil Courses

Full Refund: If you decide to cancel your course or bundle for any reason, I’ll provide a full refund as long as you cancel before the course starts.

No Shows: If you don’t attend the course and don’t provide any prior notice, there won’t be a refund. However, I understand that life can be unpredictable, so I offer the option to reschedule the course once.

Partial Refund after No Show: Should you miss the course and later choose to cancel after initially rescheduling, I’ll refund 50% of the initial payment.

Standard Rescheduling: If you can’t make it to the scheduled course but inform me ahead of time, you can pick another suitable time. This is a one-time courtesy I extend to all participants.

Bundle Refund Policy for AI with Phil Courses

Refund on Bundle after One Class: If you’ve opted for a bundle package and after attending just one course, you feel it’s not the right fit for you, no worries! I’ll refund the entire bundle price, deducting only the cost of the one course you attended.

Flexible Rescheduling: Life is full of surprises, and schedules can change. That’s why I offer unlimited rescheduling for those who’ve purchased bundle packages. Just reach out, and we’ll find a new time that works for you.

Understanding No-Shows: If you happen to miss a course, I understand. While I appreciate a heads up, I’m more lenient with no-shows for bundle package participants. We can always work together to find another suitable time.
